Brain-Switch 2.0™: Resolving Trauma and Emotion-Based Issues

Two Days Certification Training

Overview

Brain-Switch 2.0™ is a course designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively resolve trauma and emotion-based issues using cutting-edge neuroscience principles and techniques. Through a combination of theory, practical exercises, and case studies, participants will gain a deep understanding of the brain’s functioning, particularly focusing on the Limbic System and Default Mode Network, and how these systems are implicated in trauma and emotional responses. Participants will also learn about sub-modalities processes and a comprehensive 6-step protocol for initiating change and achieving lasting results.

Course Objectives:

  • Understand the neuroscience behind trauma and emotion-based issues.
  • Gain insights into the role of the Limbic System and Default Mode Network in emotional regulation and memory processing.
  • Learn to identify and work with sub-modalities processes.
  • Master Brain-Switch 2.0’s 6-step protocol for resolving trauma and emotion-based issues.
  • Develop practical skills for facilitating internal agreement, memory release, and creating preferred futures.
  • Apply the knowledge and techniques learned to real-life case scenarios.

Course Content:

1: Introduction to Neuroscience and Trauma
– Overview of key concepts in neuroscience relevant to trauma resolution.
– Understanding the impact of trauma on the brain and nervous system.
– Introduction to the Limbic System and Default Mode Network.

2: The Limbic System and Emotional Regulation

Client testimonials

After receiving one session of Brain Switch 2.0, I notice that it has become easier to separate what i feel and how I react; I might (still) get angry/frustrated inside because of something, but i no longer let that influence how I behave and express so strongly.

Another thing I noticed is that it has become easier to stop eating when I’m full, rather than blindly finishing my plate.

As such, I’m really happy with the session that Joachim gave me.

All the best,
Ron

I was surprised how a simple visualisation process could help me come to peace with what had been, no matter how painful it was. It is like the movie Matrix, choosing which reality to delete and which to create. The core message that I got from this Brain Switch experience is that: I can only control and change myself. One good example is taking things too personally; when I understood that others’ rejection of my connection with them has nothing to do with me but their choice in not seeing the value of it, peace flowed into me. My head was twitching a lot while my system was eliminating a lot of outdated beliefs. And the back of my head felt sore for a while and then it disappeared. I had a lot of dreams later that night but I can’t remember, I just woke up today feeling different. Thank you Dawn. Beyond words.
