Joachim Lee PBM
At the helm of Neuro-Therapy stands Mr. Joachim Lee PBM, a renowned professional with an impressive track record spanning over 23 years, driven by a deep passion to facilitate transformation and growth of others. Possessing a deep understanding of the intricacies of the human psyche and neurology, Joachim leads our team by setting an exemplary standard, inspiring us to deliver the utmost care to our valued clients.
As an internationally recognized psychotherapist, trainer, and speaker, Joachim is as a Founding Member of the International Strategic Psychotherapists Association (ISPA), the founder of Neuro-Therapy and author of Brain-Switch 2.0. His passion lies in resolving trauma and emotion-based issues. He particularly enjoys applying brain science and training professionals in the art and science of MEMI and Brain-Switch 2.0.
In acknowledgment of his unwavering commitment and voluntary contributions to the nation, Joachim was honoured with the prestigious Pingat Bakti Masyarakat/Public Service Award (PBM) by Singapore's President, Mr.Tony Tan, in 2016.
Dawn Tan
Dawn is a seasoned professional in the field of counselling, with over 20 years of experience in the mental health space. She specializes in empowering individuals, particularly women, youth and children, to navigate personal growth, trauma and overcome challenges. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from Swinburne University and a Diploma in Counselling from Edith Cowan University. She is a registered counsellor and a certified clinical supervisor with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC). She is also a certified Trauma Specialist with the Arizona Trauma Institute and an experience practitioner in the neuroscience approach to healing. With a deep commitment to fostering psychological safety and providing compassionate support, Dawn creates a nurturing environment where clients feel empowered to explore and enact positive changes in their lives. Dawn's expertise extends to various therapeutic modalities, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 3), a Master Solution Focused Therapist, Certified Multichannel Eye Movement Integration (MEMI) which is an effective method in resolving trauma and Brain-Switch 2.0, among others. Her holistic approach ensures that clients receive personalized support tailored to their unique needs and aspirations. With her wealth of experience and expertise, she is dedicated to facilitating meaningful transformations and helping clients build resilience in the face of adversity.
Nathanael Seers Ong
Nathanael is a renowned figure in the field of clinical hypnotherapy and personal development. He holds certifications as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Instructor from both the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Certification Board for Clinical Hypnotherapists. His approach to helping individuals navigate their mental and emotional challenges is multifaceted. His skill set encompasses Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypno-coaching, MEMI, and choice theory psychology. Through these methodologies, he has empowered numerous individuals to conquer obstacles and realize their aspirations. Specializing in hypnotherapy and personalized life coaching, Nathanael helps clients with a wide array of issues, including sleep disorders, stress, anger, self-esteem, phobias, weight management, and more, tailoring his methods to their unique needs. Nathanael tailors his approach to each client's unique needs, enabling them to regain control over their lives and overcome their challenges.

Mike Deninger is a licensed professional counsellor, author, master trainer and internationallyrecognized expert in the use of eye movement integration (EMI) techniques. Completed trainercertifications in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Eye MovementIntegration from American Hypnosis Training Academy under Ron Klein. He has also receivedintensive training in trauma and EMDR. He has been using eye movement therapies with PTSDclients of all types and stripes for over 25 years. They have included active-duty military and vets;physical and sexual assault victims; police, firefighters, and EMS personnel; 9/11 first responders;witnesses to violence; and survivors of accidents and natural disasters.Mike’s innovative approaches to treating trauma and anxiety led to the 2021 publication ofMultichannel Eye Movement Integration: The Brain Science Path to Easy and Effective PTSDTreatment. A survivor himself, Mike writes with a confidence that only one who has been there can.More recently, a feature article about MEMI co-authored by Mike and Joachim Lee, the MEMIlicensed principal trainer in Asia, appeared in the December 2022 issue of The Science ofPsychotherapy journal. His work has also been featured on the podcasts Shrink Rap radio andScience of Psychotherapy.
Dr Robert Rhoton

Dr. Robert Rhoton, CEO of Arizona Trauma Institute and President at the Trauma Institute International possesses a rich history of experience in the mental health field. Dr. Rhoton has supervised multiple outpatient clinics, juvenile justice programs, and intensive outpatient substance abuse programs for adolescents, day treatment programs for youth and children, adult offender programs and child and family therapeutic services. Dr. Rhoton served as president of the Arizona Trauma Therapy Network from 2010 through 2012. Dr. Rhoton was a Professor at Ottawa University in the Behavioural Sciences and Counseling Department whose primary interests were training counsellors to work with traumagenic family dynamics, child and family trauma, and non-egoic models of treatment. Dr. Rhoton is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress and collaborates and consults with numerous Arizona agencies fine tuning their understanding of trauma and the impact of developmental trauma on the individual and family. Dr. Rhoton works internationally with organizations to improve the delivery of trauma treatment services
Prof Dato Dr Susie See

Dato’ Prof Dr. See is currently a consultant educational and counselling psychologist at the Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre in Penang and adjunct professor in University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). She was a member for 23 years of the statutory Board of Counselors, Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development which governs the licensing and registration of counseling professionals. She remains as an advisor for two years.
She was appointed Non-executive Chairman of the Unimech Group Berhad on March 15, 2018 and an independent director of ViTrox since Dec 1, 2022. Ohio State University (OSU) awarded her with the 100 Buckeyes from the OSU Alumni Association Inc. in 2012; the Susan Jones Sears Distinguished Alumni Award in 2009; and the 2007 Alumni Citizenship Award. In 2016, she was inducted into the International Adult Continuing Education Hall of Fame, University of Oklahoma Outreach. Nationally, she has been recognised for her community service. She received the Best Service Award from the Scouts Association of Malaysia in 2010; the 2005 Sin Chew Da Ai Award (Sin Chew Kind Heart Award) in 2006; the District Governors Award from the International Association of Lions Clubs in 1996-1997; the Lioness of the Year Challenge Trophy from the International Association of Lions Clubs in 1985-1986. In 2007 she was honoured with the DPSN which carries the title Dato’ by the State Government of Penang.
